It's a double bill today.
Here is last week's doodle. It has an unusual, disconnected border and a central image. Plus, everything within the border on the left is horizontal. While everything to the right is vertical. I have no idea why.
I like the shifts from one pattern to another. It makes movement between the different blocks and breaks up the space.
This carpet doodle is about 18 x 22 inches.
This week's doodle is long. Just keep scrolling. And scrolling...
See? It is long, just like I said, 7 x 36 inches long. If these were actually carpets, this one would be a runner.
I like this one because of the pattern within the patterns. Huh? Look at it a bit and you will see what I mean. It gives a rhythm to the carpet which I find pleasing.
This doodle reminds me of a totem pole. It is very abstracted, but I keep seeing eyes, a mouth and teeth. Do you see it too?
