Well, pooh. It is just (in the words of the immortal Cole Porter) too darn hot. We have too many heat fighting appliances on (window ac and 3 fans). It will blow the ancient circuitry (seriously, we are on knob and tube up there) if I try to add to the load.So no doodle until the heat breaks.
I tried to find a video from Kiss Me Kate, but they are all lacking. You can listen to Ella sing and imagine the gangsters.
